New Delhi  The Finance Ministry will soon implement the  One

and West Bengal  3 each   and 
Bihar  Gujarat  J K  Karnataka  MP  Maharashtra  Odisha and 
MP  Maharashtra  Odisha and 
Rajasthan  2 each   PTI
